Mitchell Harrison

Mitchell Harrison is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in various cooking roles. Currently serving as a line cook at Pared since June 2018, previous positions include commisary cook at Constellation Culinary Group from April 2018 to March 2019 and line cook at Jitjatjo and Barnes & Noble from 2017 to 2018. Additional experience includes a line cook/prep cook role at Constellation Culinary Group in 2016 and a line cook position at Schnippers in early 2015. Mitchell has a general degree in History from the Academy of American Studies and graduated with a degree in General Studies from William Cullen Bryant High School.
