Chelsea Koscelny

Chelsea Koscelny is a seasoned professional in early intervention and child development, currently serving as a HealthySteps Specialist at The Parent Child Center of Tulsa since July 2023. Previously, Chelsea held roles such as Autism Specialist at Easterseals Midwest and Intact Caseworker at the Youth Service Bureau of Illinois Valley. Additional experience includes positions as Site Supervisor and Parent Educator at TCOC Headstart, along with a role as Morning Supervisor at Covenant Community Daycare. Chelsea has a Master’s degree in Early Intervention in Autism & Sensory Impairments from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Oklahoma State University.
