Scott Madden

Scott Madden has worked in the industry since 1997. Scott began their career at Rail Europe as an Operations Supervisor, where they managed a team of 15 travel consultants and developed individual development plans for them. In 2003, they were promoted to Senior Director of Customer Satisfaction, Strategic Projects & Partnerships, where they were responsible for setting project objectives & goals with key stakeholders, gathering business requirements, setting project timelines, deliverables, budgets, change management, handover and post project review. Scott also managed products worth over $100M in annual sales to the Business Unit and identified $30M in future sales growth by identifying key trends and customer pain points to develop innovative solutions to drive future growth. In 2019, they joined Parent Petroleum as a Brand Fulfillment & Marketing Coordinator, where they were responsible for event management, planning multiple events with senior management, vendors, customers, and venues, maintaining event budget, post event close & timelines to ensure event milestones met on schedule, and coordinating event logistics including event location, lodging, signage, catering, entertainment, keynote speakers, guest lists, communications, registration, equipment & promotional materials.

Scott Madden has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Arts in Scott'story with a Minor in Secondary Education from Saint Xavier University, obtained between 2001 and 2004. Scott also has an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Moraine Valley Community College, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
