Charu Ramanathan

Charu Ramanathan, PhD, is a prominent figure in the healthcare and technology sectors, serving as Co-Founder and CEO of vitalxchange since January 2019, with a mission to empower healthcare consumers through engagement and resources. In addition to this role, Charu is a Founder Member of Parenthood Ventures, contributing to the growth of ParentTech startups, and serves as Strategic Advisor at Carelog. Charu also holds the position of Founding Chairman of the Board at Lokyata, a Fintech firm, and previously served on the board of MedWish International, a nonprofit dedicated to humanitarian aid. Charu co-founded CardioInsight, leading the company through significant growth and its acquisition by Medtronic. Charu holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
