Dominique Olowolafe

Dominique Olowolafe is a dynamic entrepreneur and leader in the travel, hospitality, and parent-tech sectors. Currently a member of the second cohort of Female Founders in Hospitality since January 2023, Dominique is also a founder member of Parenthood Ventures, an ecosystem designed for startups addressing the needs of parents and children, which has successfully raised over $65 million in funding since its inception in January 2022. As the CEO and founder of Lightly, a luxury baby care brand established in June 2020, Dominique focuses on providing essential products for travel-savvy families. Prior experience includes roles as Costume Supervisor for I.A.T.S.E. Local 705, Wardrobe Production Assistant for ABC Studios' Criminal Minds, and various positions in professional sports and internships in social media and event management. Dominique holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
