Jason Merrick

Jason Merrick, RN, is a seasoned healthcare professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience across various medical and founding roles. As Co-Founder and CEO of Assured Pediatrics since April 2019, Jason focuses on empowering parents and caregivers with expert advice for child wellbeing. In addition, Jason serves as a Founder Member of Parenthood Ventures, a startup ecosystem dedicated to developing ParentTech solutions. Clinical experience includes positions as a Per Diem Nurse at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital, Staff Nurse II at MarinHealth Medical Center, and Registered Nurse at Sutter Health, along with significant pre-hospital care as a Paramedic for multiple ambulance services. Jason has also held leadership roles in community organizations, such as President of Citizens Advocating for Roblar Rural Quality and Library Commissioner for the Sonoma County Library System. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis, and an Associate’s degree in Nursing from Santa Rosa Junior College.
