Maria Jose Tamayo Grados is a co-founder of Juntas, a social enterprise dedicated to providing comprehensive sexuality education for teenagers through innovative solutions, including the development of the ParenTeen platform. As a founder member of Parenthood Ventures, Maria Jose plays a critical role in supporting startups focused on ParentTech, successfully contributing to over $65 million in funding within nine months of launch. Previous experience includes serving as a partner at School Day, where Maria Jose helped introduce data analytics to enhance student well-being in Latin America, and as a service designer and product owner at La Positiva Seguros, where Maria Jose managed multiple app modules and collaborated on digital value propositions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico and specialized training at the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design.
