Michael Detmer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process improvement, music therapy, and educational development. Currently serving as the Director of Process Improvement at BoldAge PACE and a Founding Member of Parenthood Ventures, Detmer has played a key role in advancing ParentTech initiatives. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Innovative Therapeutix, Detmer co-invented LullaFeed™, improving infant feeding behaviors through innovative technology. Additional contributions include a Fellowship at the National Institute for Infant & Child Medical Music Therapy, leadership positions at AccentCare, Inc., and teaching roles at the University of Louisville and The University of Kansas, showcasing a robust background in clinical training and interdisciplinary collaboration. Detmer holds a Master of Music Therapy and a Bachelor of Music Education from Illinois State University.
