Michael Proud has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Michael is currently working at ParentPay as a Customer Success Manager since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as an Area Manager at Coombs Catering Partnership from December 2021 to April 2022. From September 2016 to December 2021, Michael worked as an Area Manager at Chartwells School Dining Services K12. Michael also gained experience at Northamptonshire County Council, where they held positions as Hub Manager from November 2015 to August 2016 and School Meal Manager from November 2010 to November 2015. Prior to that, they worked at Bannatynes Ltd as a Food & Beverage Manager/Duty Manager from January 2005 to March 2010.

Michael Proud attended the University of Northampton from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained an HND in Multimedia. During their time at the university, Michael focused their studies on multimedia, graphics, web design, and design.
