Julia Hubbard

Julia Hubbard serves as a Case Manager at Parents And Children Together, working with families referred from Child Welfare Services. Prior to this role, Julia worked as an Outreach Specialist advocating for homeless individuals at The Institute for Human Services, Inc. Julia also has experience as a Personal Habilitation Worker at Hawaii Behavioral Health, a Certified Tennis Instructor/Caretaker at San Jose Swim & Racquet Club, and a Student Athlete Mentor at University of Hawaii at Manoa. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
