Briana Nistler

Briana Nistler has extensive work experience in customer engagement and success. Briana is currently the Director of Customer Engagement and Success at ParentSquare, where they lead a remote team in supporting and engaging customers. Prior to their current role, they served as the Director of Customer Engagement at ParentSquare, focusing on increasing customer loyalty and product adoption.

Before joining ParentSquare, Briana worked at EVERFI, starting as an Implementation Manager and progressing to roles such as Senior Program Manager, Director of K-12 Programs, and Senior Regional Director. In these positions, they supported a team to provide online learning programs to educators and students, developed relationships with key stakeholders, and adapted to virtual environments.

Earlier in their career, Briana worked at Teach For America as a Manager of District and School Partnerships and as an Associate in the same department. Briana also worked at College Forward as a College Counselor and at Berlitz as an English Language Instructor.
