Pareto Care is technology enabled healthcare services company focused towards reducing Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) hospitalisations and readmissions. We are building a wearable biosensor platform to monitor patient hemodynamic parameters important in managing CHF treatment.Our solution includes a three stage process; monitoring, predicting andintervening. We monitor clinical parameters that detect early deterioration; using this data we predict CHF exacerbations and then work with clinicians to manage treatment in order to avoid hospitalisation.Our wearable biosensor platform includes two wearable medical devices; a wrist watch and a chest patch.
