Jéssica Olsi has extensive experience in sales and partnership development, notably serving as the Head of Channel Partnerships & Sales at Pareto from April 2019 to March 2024, where Jéssica was responsible for the creation and maintenance of the partner program and contributed to generating R$ 25 million in revenue. Prior to this role, Jéssica worked at Nibo as Sales Manager, optimizing sales processes and achieving a 14% revenue growth while significantly reducing Customer Acquisition Cost. Jéssica also held the position of Key Account Manager Latam at IBF - Industria Brasileira de Filmes, generating $40 million in annual sales through a hybrid sales strategy. Earlier in the career, Jéssica managed individual client portfolios as an Account Executive at Itaú Unibanco. Jéssica is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, following a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Santa Úrsula.
