Maria Clara Morais

Maria Clara Morais serves as a Conselheiro(a) Anjo at PUC angels since July 2025 and holds the position of Head of AI, Automation & Analytics at Pareto Plus Itaim since November 2020, where strategic digital transformation through AI implementation, process automation, and advanced data analytics is led. Additionally, Maria Clara has experience as CEO of Pareto Plus Jóquei, specializing in support for micro and small enterprises. Previous roles include Media Coordinator, where management of client portfolios focused on performance through paid media and automation solutions was conducted, and various positions at AIESEC, Santorini Barbershop, IFPI, and UFPI, showcasing a strong background in marketing, sales, and organizational management. Maria Clara is also pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Technology for Business, with a concentration in AI, Data Science, and Big Data, following a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and previous studies in Mechatronics and Robotics.
