Samantha McLaughlin

Samantha McLaughlin currently serves as the AVP of Account Management for the East Region at ParetoHealth, a position held since November 2017, after progressing from an Account Manager and Underwriting Analyst roles. Prior experience includes working at RPS Monument, a division of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., from August 2011 to November 2017 as a Program Account Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed detailed account analysis for over 100 clients, underwriting for self-insured groups, customer service tasks, and compliance reporting. Samantha possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Recreation Management and Business Management, as well as in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Temple University. Additionally, Pennsylvania and California Property & Casualty licenses are retained, and proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe programs is demonstrated.
