Sebastian Baartvedt possesses extensive experience in the finance and securities sector, currently serving as an Equity Partner in the Equity & HY Sales division at Pareto Securities since December 2014. Prior to this role, Sebastian held the position of Partner in Equity Sales & Trading at Arctic Securities from August 2011 to December 2014. Sebastian's leadership capabilities were demonstrated as President of ANSA Switzerland, where responsibilities included advocating for Norwegian students abroad and organizing significant events. Additionally, Sebastian gained early career experience in customer relations at Silver Pensjonsforsikring AS and served as a Sergeant in Their Majesty The King's Guard, effectively leading and instructing troops. Sebastian holds a BSc in Business Management and Economics from Université de Fribourg, complemented by military training from the Non-Commissioned Officer School and foundational education at Oslo Handelsgymnasium.
