Luan Dias

Luan Dias is an experienced technology professional currently serving as a Forward Deployed Engineer at Pareto.AI since September 2025. Previously, Luan held the position of Lead Software Engineer at Toptal, where leadership in developing a centralized AuthN/AuthZ platform was demonstrated, along with expertise in implementing a Google Zanzibar style ReBAC model. As CTO at Canastra Ventures, Luan defined the technology strategy and developed a modular platform, enhancing feature delivery. Luan's extensive background includes roles at Amazon as a Software Development Engineer, Accenture as a Senior Lead Software Engineer, and various engineering positions at Rock Content, Dibs Intercâmbio, and Leep.
