Nurzhiya Sanawi

Nurzhiya Sanawi has a diverse work experience starting from 2016. From August 2016 to November 2018, they worked as an Operations Assistant at SM Supermalls, where they coordinated with business owners for mall operations and provided sales reports and recommendations. From November 2018 to October 2020, they served as a Tenant Relations Officer at the same company, assisting with document and report preparation for company meetings and events, as well as handling customer complaints and inquiries. Their most recent position, starting from December 2020, is at Pareto as a Virtual Associate, where they helped start-ups save time by automating repetitive processes. Nurzhiya then transitioned to the role of Project Lead in May 2021, overseeing associates and tasks related to lead generation, research, training, SEO, and general team updates. In November 2022, they became an Analytics Program Manager at Pareto.

From 2012 to 2016, Nurzhiya Sanawi attended STI College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
