Mykhailo Prochkaruk has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Mykhailo started their career as a Full Stack Engineer at Elance-oDesk in 2010 and worked there until 2013. Mykhailo then joined PLVision as a Software Engineer in 2014 and worked there until 2016.

In 2016, Mykhailo joined VidScale as a Senior Software Engineer and later became a Front-End Domain Architect. Mykhailo worked in this role until 2018.

Next, they joined Edge Gravity by Ericsson in 2018 as a Front-End Domain Architect and Senior Software Engineer. During their time there, they implemented the UI for the Cloud Computing platform from scratch and served as a technical leader for the front-end team. Mykhailo also maintained a legacy CDN project UI and worked closely with Product Owners on user story grooming and task estimation. Mykhailo left the company in 2020.

In 2020, Mykhailo joined elopage GmbH as a Front-End Architect. In this role, they defined the strategy and architecture for moving a CSR project to SSR and implemented the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) using Next.js. Mykhailo also integrated the product with various payment systems, reduced the size of front-end bundles by 40%, and improved overall performance by introducing Lazy Loading, Request Cancellation, Webpack refactoring, and component optimization. Mykhailo introduced a UI Kit and Storybook on top of "bit". Mykhailo worked at elopage GmbH until 2021.

Currently, Mykhailo Prochkaruk is working as a Senior Software Engineer at Pareto, starting in 2021.

Mykhailo Prochkaruk obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Lviv Polytechnic National University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they have also acquired certifications in "Automating Infrastructure on Google Cloud with Terraform" and "Cloud Architecture: Design, Implement, and Manage" from Google Cloud Skills Boost in October 2022.
