Thorsten Heilig

Thorsten Heilig has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Thorsten started off as a Consultant, Coach, and Project Manager for freelancing in 2008. In 2010, they were the Project Lead for "Specialists & Managers" at Metropolregion Rhein-Neckar GmbH. In 2011, they became a Board Member and Head of Site at bitExpert AG. From 2016 to 2018, they were COO and Head of People & Organization at moovel Group. In 2018, they became COO at moovel Group GmbH. In 2020, they became CEO & Co-Founder of paretos, a Decision Intelligence platform, and also began working as a berufsoptimist at www.thorstenheilig.com.

Thorsten Heilig studied Sociology and Economics at Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg from 2002 to 2008, where they obtained a Diplom. Thorsten also received a Systemic Coach&Consultant certification from isb GmbH Systemische Professionalität.
