David Slack

David Slack is a seasoned professional in business operations with extensive experience in the clinical research sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, Business Operations and Global Head of Contracts at PAREXEL since August 2010, David has also held the roles of Senior Director and Director of Worldwide Proposals within the same company. Prior to PAREXEL, David worked at Quanticate, where responsibilities included Head of Contracts & Proposals and Head of Business Development. David's earlier experience includes a position as Associate Director of Global Proposal Development at Omnicare Clinical Research, Project Manager at Scottish Biomedical, and a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at Cancer Research UK. David earned a PhD in Biochemistry from St George's, University of London, between 1995 and 1999.
