Emma Gutteridge

Emma Gutteridge has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Learning & Development Quality Director at Parexel since November 2008. In this role, Emma leads the Global Learning Management System support team and oversees the implementation of the Cornerstone OnDemand LMS platform. Previous positions at Parexel include Senior Manager and Manager of LMS Business Support, where responsibilities encompassed managing an international team of technical learning specialists and developing best practices for LMS implementation. Earlier career roles include administrative positions at Blue Arrow and Pertemps, where Emma was involved in training administration and recruitment. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology with Counselling from The Open University, completed in June 2022.
