Marty Mahoney

Marty Mahoney is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate compliance and governance. Currently serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, and Deputy General Counsel at Parexel International since April 2007, Mahoney has previously held significant positions, including Senior Corporate Counsel at 3Com Corporation and Associate General Counsel at Genuity Solutions. Early career experience includes roles as an attorney at McDermott Will and Emery and Hale and Dorr LLP. Marty Mahoney earned a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and History from Tufts University.
