Mona Zhang

Mona Zhang is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in hematology and oncology. Currently serving as Senior Medical Director and Global Therapeutic Area Section Head for Cancer Cell & Gene Therapy at Parexel since April 2019, Mona Zhang previously held the position of Medical Director in the Department of Hematology/Oncology and Associate Medical Director in the same department. Prior to this, Mona Zhang worked as Associate Chief Physician at Henan Cancer Hospital from February 2016 to December 2018. Early career highlights include a Research Fellow role at Massachusetts General Hospital, where significant findings related to photobiomodulation therapy were discovered, and completing a fellowship at Henan Cancer Hospital. Training began as a Resident Physician at The Second Xiangya Hospital. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Hematology as well as an MBA from Central South University and a Master in Medical Science focused on Pharmacology from Zhengzhou University.
