Mugurel-Mihai Lapusnianu

Mugurel-Mihai Lapusnianu has had a diverse work experience in various roles. Mugurel-Mihai started their career at Capgemini as a Service Center Analyst in December 2014. Mugurel-Mihai later worked as an Incident Manager and Problem Manager before becoming a Reporting Specialist. In 2019, they joined VEO Worldwide Services as an Acquisitions Specialist, where they managed vendor relationships and negotiated prices and delivery terms. Mugurel-Mihai then moved to Conduent in 2020 as a Business Operations Analyst. In 2021, they joined Signant Health as a Data Reconciliation Coordinator, responsible for handling incident reports and coordinating the delivery of study documentation. Mugurel-Mihai later became a Clinical Data Management Team Leader, overseeing the data reconciliation team and providing leadership in decision making and problem solving. Currently, they work at Parexel as a Data Management Lead.

From 2009 to 2013, Mugurel-Mihai Lapusnianu attended Colegiul National "Mihai Eminescu" Botosani, where they studied Social Sciences. In 2018, they enrolled at Universitatea "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" din Iași and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in 2020, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Prince2 Foundation certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2016, the ITIL Foundation certification in 2015, and the ECDL certification from ECDL ROMANIA in 2010.
