Susmita Banerjee has over a decade of extensive experience in clinical operations and project management within the pharmaceutical and research sectors. Currently serving as a Global Project Leader at PAREXEL since July 2012, Susmita has held various leadership roles, including Global Clinical Operations Leader and Senior Clinical Research Associate. Prior experience includes managing research trials as a Project Manager at Mary Crowley Cancer Research Centers and contributing to multiple projects at Abt Associates. With strong educational credentials, including a Master’s degree in Organizational Communication from North Carolina State University and dual Master’s degrees in Human Development from Jadavpur University, Susmita demonstrates a robust foundation in health communication and research methodologies.
