Allan Monteiro has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. Allan started their career as a Production and Planning Intern at MRV Engenharia in 2009, where they supported a Civil Engineer and focused on spend analysis and cost optimization.
After that, Allan worked as a Sales Associate at Wöllner, where they gained experience in direct sales, negotiation, and stock management. Allan then transitioned to a Finance Intern role at M4U, where they assisted with financial statement analysis and treasury operations.
Allan's next role was as a Sales Associate at Wöllner again, where they continued to utilize their sales and negotiation skills. Allan then interned at Petroleo Ipiranga as a Production and Planning Intern, where they focused on sales forecasting, supplier relationships, and ensuring timely product delivery.
In 2013, Allan joined Shell Western Supply and Trading Limited, first as a Trading & Business Development support role, where they provided market analysis and stakeholder management. Later, they became a Commercial Trading Operator, managing high-value contracts, supervising vessel loading/discharge, and creating commercial deals to add value to the business.
After their time at Shell, Allan worked as a Trader at Sementes Selecta SA, where they led the trading of Soy Protein Concentrate and successfully expanded the company's domestic portfolio. Allan then joined Ipiranga Produtos de Petróleo as a Senior Trading Analyst, where they played a crucial role in analyzing trading activities.
In 2020, Allan ventured into entrepreneurship and founded Hike Up Ventures, focusing on scaling businesses with digital marketing strategies. Allan led cross-functional teams and achieved exponential growth for an e-learning business.
Currently, Allan holds two roles at Parfin, starting with Operations & Finance in 2022 and transitioning to a Sales Executive position in 2023.

Allan Monteiro has a diverse education history. Allan began their educational journey in 1999 and completed their high school education at Colégio de São Bento in 2006. Following this, they enrolled at UERJ, where they pursued a degree in Engenharia Industrial from 2007 to 2013. In 2012, Allan briefly attended Kaplan International Colleges in Portland, Oregon, for a Business English program. As for additional certifications, they obtained a Certified Rescue Diver certification from PADI, although the exact date of attainment is unavailable.
