Sanne de Ruiter has worked in the customer service and communication industry since 2011. Sanne began their career as a salesperson at V&D in 2011. In 2016, they worked as a salesperson at VILA CLOTHES. In 2017, they were an intern at Coebergh Communicatie & PR. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Guidion in various roles, including Customer Journey Researcher & Project Manager, Projectmedewerker, Senior Servicedesk Telecom, and T-Mobile Service Desk en Interne Communicatie. Currently, they are a Customer Happiness Manager (NL, BE & UK markets) at Parfumado, where they are responsible for steering and reporting on KPI performance & CuHa goals, data analytics & dashboarding, monitoring customer communication and process improvement & customer research projects, and managing the Customer Happiness team.

Sanne then attended the University of Amsterdam, where they obtained a Propedeuse Communicatiewetenschap and graduated with a Master of Science in Communication Science in 2020. In 2023, they obtained a Customer Experience Academy certification from the Beeckestijn Business School.
