Dr. Stefanie Rennert has extensive experience in consumer insights, strategy, and brand management. Dr. Stefanie currently holds the role of Head of Consumer Insights & Strategy at Douglas since March 2021. Prior to that, they were the CEO & Founder of BrandLink Marketing Consultants GmbH, where they provided customer-centric consulting for brands, marketing, and sales strategy. Dr. Stefanie has also worked as an Interim Brand Manager at Arla Foods and served as the Director of Strategy and Brand Management at Batten & Company. Earlier in their career, Dr. Rennert held the position of Head of Research & Strategic Planning at BBDO Worldwide and worked as a Project Manager for Brand and Advertising Research at GfK.
Dr. Stefanie Rennert holds a Doctorate in Economics (Dr. rer. pol.) from Universität Trier, where they specialized in Marketing, Innovation & E-Business. Dr. Stefanie also obtained a Diplom Kauffrau degree in Business Administration (BWL) from TU Dortmund University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Dr. Rennert has earned certifications as a Personal Mental & Health Coach from Daniel Wüstholz (RAUSCH-Methode) and as a BAFA Consultant listed in the "Förderung des unternehmerischen Know-Hows" program by the Bundesamt für Wirtschaft.
