Kerstin Rose

Kerstin Rose is an experienced professional in the field of Learning and Development, currently serving as Team Lead at Douglas since July 2023. Prior to this role, Kerstin held the position of Senior Regional Trainer at Rituals Cosmetics Germany, Austria & Switzerland from February 2022 to July 2023. Kerstin's career at Rituals began in February 2015, during which time multiple roles were undertaken, including Training Manager for the DACH region and Trainer. Kerstin is also pursuing a Master’s degree in Personnel and Leadership Development at IU International University of Applied Sciences, with an expected completion date of May 2024.
