Marc Ruesing has a diverse work experience in various marketing and sales roles. Marc is currently working as the Director of Performance Marketing at Douglas since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director of Performance / Performics at Publicis Media from March 2021 to November 2022, where they led all performance marketing initiatives for large brands. From August 2014 to February 2021, Marc worked as the Managing Director at Performics Deutschland, where they were responsible for leading all aspects of paid performance marketing in Germany. Before that, they held positions as the Head of Account Management at ADTELLIGENCE GmbH, Co-Founder at likewalk GmbH, and Head of Sales & Marketing at Aschendorff Digital. Marc also gained valuable experience working as the Sales Director Germany at Bazaarvoice and as an Account Manager and Inside Sales Representative at Google Germany GmbH. Marc started their career as a Junior Key Account Manager/Sales Representative at AOSTE SB GmbH.

Marc Ruesing obtained a Diplom-Kaufmann (FH) degree in Marketing, Management & Controlling from the International School of Management, Germany from 1999 to 2003. Marc also participated in a Study Abroad program at The University of Queensland in 2002 and a Semester Abroad at Dublin City University in 2000.
