Minouche Groen

Minouche Groen currently serves as the Director of Marketing & CRM for Parfumerie Douglas Nederland, overseeing marketing initiatives in the Netherlands and Belgium since August 2019. Previous roles include Global Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager for Europe at AOPEN, as well as positions in marketing coordination and shop management in various retail settings. Minouche has a solid academic background with a Post HBO certification in Customer Relationship Management from Beeckestijn Business School, a Master of Science in Communication and Media Studies, and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from Radboud University, complemented by an HBO Bachelor in Hotel & Event Management from Tio Eindhoven Business School.
