Sanna Simonen

Sanna Simonen has an extensive work experience in various sectors. Sanna started their career in 1998 at Skanska as an Office Engineer. Sanna then worked as a Construction Engineer at Insinööritoimisto Bothnia Raktek Oy from 2001 to 2002. Following that, they joined Outokumpu as a Planning Engineer from 2001 to 2006. Sanna then moved on to Pargas stad - Paraisten kaupunki, where they served as a Leading Building Inspector and Chief of Department from 2006 onwards. In 2018, they took on the role of The Head of Premises at University of Turku until 2019.

Sanna Simonen's education history begins in 1995 when they attended Lapland University of Applied Sciences and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Building Construction Technology, which they completed in 1998. Sanna then pursued further education at Oulu University of Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2010, where they earned another Bachelor of Engineering degree, this time in Building/Home/Construction Inspection/Inspector and Strategy.

In 2008, Sanna enrolled at Axxel, Rastor Oy, where they completed a Specialist Qualification for Leadership and Management, also known as Johtamisen erikoisammattitutkinto, in 2010. This program focused on Management and Leadership.

Most recently, from 2018 to 2020, Sanna studied at Turku University of Applied Sciences and obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Environmental Tech, Building Science, Indoor process - the role of building inspection and experts.
