Taryn Alexander

Taryn Alexander is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and people operations, currently serving as a People Business Partner at Pargo since August 2023. Prior to this role, Taryn held the position of People Operations Specialist at Teya from February 2023 to August 2023, following Teya’s acquisition of Yoyo. During the tenure at Yoyo from November 2021 to January 2023, Taryn led talent acquisition efforts for a company that powers customer loyalty and rewards solutions across a vast retail network. Taryn's earlier experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Weylandts, a Recruitment Consultant at Salt, and a Recruitment Assistant at ThornTree Group. Taryn holds a National Diploma in Human Resources Management from Cape Peninsula University of Technology and completed high school education at The Settlers High School from 2006 to 2010.
