Lori Serra

Lori Serra has been working in the professional world since 2011. Lori began their career at OneLegacy as a Donor Allocation Specialist, where they allocated organs for transplant and research on 12-24 hour call shifts and was responsible for data collection and analysis for organ outcomes. In 2018, Lori moved to Pari Desai, LLC as a Studio Manager, where they built relationships with potential buyers for fashion market weeks in Los Angeles & New York, handled e-commerce management, pop-up events, in-studio customer support and sales, and was responsible for quality control of production orders. Most recently, Lori began working at Crystal Art Gallery in 2020, where they write informational and evergreen online blogs including graphics selections for four in-house brands, creates product descriptions, features and specifications for in-house websites, Walmart, Amazon and across all channels using SEO keyword research, and creates copy for social media marketing.

Lori Serra has an Associate of Arts degree in Merchandise/Marketing from FIDM, a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Rowan University, and a Master's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix. Lori also has a Certified Copywriter certification from DigitalMarketer, obtained in March 2022.
