Arne W. Dirks

Arne W. Dirks is currently the Chief Executive Officer at PARI since April 2022. Their previous experience includes working at AstraZeneca, where they held various roles from 2005 to 2021. Arne W. served as the Vice President - Executive Officer of the Respiratory & Immunology Business Unit from April 2019 to December 2021. Prior to that, they were the Global Commercial Head of the Neuroscience and Pain Franchise from July 2016 to March 2019, and the Global Commercial Head of the Gout Franchise in January 2016. Arne W. also worked as a Senior Marketing Director for various departments such as Antithrombotic, Gastrointestinal, Respiratory, Inflammation & Autoimmunity from August 2013 to December 2015. Before that, they held positions such as Business Director, Associate Director, and First Line Sales Manager at AstraZeneca. Arne W. Dirks started their career as a Pharma Sales Rep at AstraZeneca in July 2005 after receiving training at IHK.

Arne W. Dirks has pursued education in various institutions, with a focus on business and leadership. Arne has completed the Transition to General Management (TGM FS) program at INSEAD, which provided valuable insights into the field of general management. Additionally, Arne has studied Enterprise Transformation Leadership at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, specializing in driving and leading organizational change. Alongside these ventures, Arne has also pursued studies in Business Administration/ International Management at Northumbria University.
