Jeff Frankland

Jeff Frankland, CRL has extensive experience in industrial reliability and maintenance management. Jeff has held leadership positions at Kimberly-Clark for over three decades, where Jeff led a large maintenance department and successfully implemented Lean Manufacturing methodologies. Jeff also served as the Site SAP Implementation Leader and Sr. Engineering Leader. Prior to their career in the private sector, Jeff worked as a Communication System Repair Technician in the United States Marine Corps. Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in Applied Science - Electrical Engineering Technology from Texas Tech University and an associate degree in Electrical Technology from Grayson College.
