Mario Belvedere

Mario Belvedere has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Directeur des Ouvertures and Directeur Adjoint d'Exploitation at PARIS SOCIETY since December 2018. Prior roles include F and B Manager at YUZU Groupe Yannick Alléno, and Manager of The Terrace at Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago, where responsibilities encompassed all facets of opening operations. Mario also has significant experience in fine dining establishments, having worked as Maitre d'Hôtel at The Peninsula Paris, Assistant Maitre d'Hôtel and Head Waiter at various Michelin-starred restaurants, and as Head Waiter at Bistro de Paris, where operations supported high-volume services. Mario holds a First Year Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from the University of Chamalières.
