Mariana Aguirre has extensive experience in entrepreneurship and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana has also worked as a nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana's educational background includes a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Businesses from Universidad Anahuac Online and a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-Being from Universidad del Centro de México.
