Henry Bernstein has extensive legal experience, currently serving as an Assistant Parish Attorney at the Caddo Parish Attorney's Office since September 2013. Prior to this role, Bernstein was a faculty member in the LSU Trial Advocacy Program from 2001 to 2015, where litigation skills were taught to senior law students. Bernstein operated as a solo attorney at Henry M Bernstein, APLC from February 2006 to August 2013, focusing on successions, estate planning, business formation, and dispute resolution.
