Henry Bernstein

Assistant Parish Attorney at Parish of Caddo

Henry Bernstein has extensive legal experience, currently serving as an Assistant Parish Attorney at the Caddo Parish Attorney's Office since September 2013. Prior to this role, Bernstein was a faculty member in the LSU Trial Advocacy Program from 2001 to 2015, where litigation skills were taught to senior law students. Bernstein operated as a solo attorney at Henry M Bernstein, APLC from February 2006 to August 2013, focusing on successions, estate planning, business formation, and dispute resolution. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Counsel for the Louisiana Department of Agriculture & Forestry and the Louisiana Department of Culture, Recreation & Tourism, and as Deputy Director of the Litigation Division at the Louisiana Attorney General's Office. Henry Bernstein holds a Doctor of Law degree from LSU Law, a Master's in Public Administration from Louisiana State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from McNeese State University.
