Todd Hopkins

Todd Hopkins has had a significant career in public service, beginning as Mayor of Oil City from January 1993 to December 2004. Since July 1993, Todd Hopkins has been with the Parish of Caddo, serving as Commission Clerk and later as Director of Fleet Service. This extensive experience in both leadership and administrative roles has contributed to expertise in municipal management and fleet operations.
