Toya Washington Edwards

Toya Washington Edwards has over a decade of experience in public works and permit management at the Parish of Caddo, where roles have included Permits/Floodplain Manager, Public Works Senior Analyst, Public Works Analyst, and Permit Technician since April 2011. Prior to this, Toya Washington Edwards gained customer service experience as a CSR at Verizon Wireless from August 2005 to March 2010. Educated at the University of Phoenix, Toya Washington Edwards holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from Louisiana State University in Shreveport.
