Dave Ilchert

Dave Ilchert has extensive experience in the construction and property management sectors. Currently serving as Chief Estimator and General Superintendent at Conrock Construction since May 2020, and as Senior Estimator Project Manager and General Superintendent at Parish Property Management, Inc. since April 2015, Dave has developed a strong skill set in project estimation and management. Dave attended Western Washington University from 1988 to 1990, focusing on Structural Engineering, although did not complete the degree.
