Tiago Costa

Tiago Costa has extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Tiago currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Parisima Talent, a strategic talent advisory and delivery business operating in the MENA region. Prior to this role, Tiago was the Chief Operating Officer of Dulsco, where they led and developed a multi-million USD white collar Outsourcing and Permanent Placement business. Tiago has also held positions at NES Fircroft, where they served as the Regional Manager for Permanent Placement in the Middle East, and The Adecco Group, where they held various leadership roles including Country Manager of Adecco Qatar and Country Director of Adecco Professional in Portugal. Tiago began their career as a Managing Partner at Fitametrica and later served as the Global Recruitment and Training Manager at Sacoor Brothers. Tiago has also worked as a Consultant at Hays and as a Clinical Psychologist at Junta Freguesia Charneca do Lumiar.

Tiago Costa completed their education at various institutions. In 1999-2005, they studied Clinical Psychology and obtained a Licenciatura degree from Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa. Following this, in 2005-2006, they pursued a Pós-Graduação degree in Clinical Neuropsychology from the same institution. Recently, from 2022 to 2024, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, where they completed the Berkeley Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Program, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General.
