Amelia Brenda has held various roles in the recruitment and talent acquisition field. Amelia is currently working as a Talent Scout at Pariti since November 2022. Previously, they worked at Gratitude India from January 2022 to November 2022, where they held the positions of Senior Recruiter and HR Sourcing Specialist. At Integrated Staffing and Training Limited, they served as the Head of Recruitment from January 2021 to December 2022. Amelia also gained experience as a Candidate Services and Recruiter at Corporate Staffing Services Kenya from January 2018 to March 2021.

Amelia Brenda's education history begins with their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kenyatta University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2015. Following that, in 2016, they pursued a Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Asean Online Education AOE. In 2017, they obtained a Diploma in Human Resources from Alison - Empower Yourself. Amelia further expanded their skills and knowledge by completing a Diploma in French Language Studies from Alison - Empower Yourself in 2016. Their educational journey continued with a Master of Arts - MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of London, which they are currently pursuing and is expected to complete in 2024. Additionally, Amelia also holds certifications as a Recruitment Consultant from Alison - Empower Yourself, which they obtained in August 2021.
