Fransis Wekesa

Fransis Wekesa has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. From 2020-2022, they worked as a freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they managed the full recruiting lifecycle for various positions and maintained a strong candidate pool. Fransis also assisted in conducting job evaluations and streamlined job descriptions according to the company's strategic plan. Prior to this, they worked as a Mathematics Tutor from January 2020 to August 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Talent Scout at Pariti starting from November 2022.

Fransis Wekesa pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Applied Mathematics from 2018 to 2020 at Strathmore University. Following this, they went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business/Managerial Economics at the same institution from 2021 to 2023.
