Hazem Elshabrawy has an extensive work experience in the field of recruitment, specifically as a Senior Technical Recruiter. Hazem has worked in various companies, including Pariti, Career Hub, Rehigher.de, Sprintward, and OUTSOURCY. In these roles, they have been responsible for tasks such as writing and posting technical job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms, parsing specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes, handling tech and non-tech accounts, responding to clients' requests for job vacancies, discussing and understanding clients' hiring needs, and preparing aggressive recruitment programs.
