Jimmy Kiprotich started working as a Junior Recruiter at VIZX International in September 2021, where they stayed until May 2022. In August 2022, they joined Gratitude India as a Senior Recruiter and later became a Recruiting Team Lead, managing a team of 25 recruiters. Their responsibilities included overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team. Currently, in November 2022, Jimmy is working as a Recruiting Sourcer at Pariti.
Jimmy Kiprotich pursued a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Moi University between 2014 and 2018.
