Ayana Fletcher is currently the Manager of Social Media and Influencer Marketing at PARITY | A Group 1001 Company. Prior to this role, Ayana was an Integrated Marketing Fellow at USA Track & Field. In addition to their marketing experience, Ayana has also worked as an Administrative Assistant at Rome Floyd Chamber and as an Orientation Staff Leader at Shorter University. Ayana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with a minor in Biology from Shorter University.
