Tushar Advani

Tushar Advani is a skilled professional with extensive experience in people operations, workplace management, and community engagement. Currently serving as a People Operations Associate at Parity Technologies since April 2023, Tushar previously held roles as Global Workplace Manager at Zeotap, where responsibilities included employee onboarding, office management for multiple European locations, and event organization. As a co-founder of Generatia VOT, Tushar led volunteer teams to promote civic education, while also managing expansion and fundraising efforts at Narada.
